We conduct empirical research on knowledge intensive work systems as an entity. We focus our research on essential areas of current and future needs of industry and society, and thus we provide scientific and practical knowledge regarding: • knowledge processes, how knowledge is acquired, transferred, shared, exploited, explored and stored in knowledge intensive inter- and intra-organisational work systems • communication and (change) leadership processes in knowledge intensive organisations • how to develop organisations’ knowledge assets related to human capital based on the recommendations from our scientific research. |
